What you can ask us to delete

You can request deletion of:

• Your CRPTON account, profile and login details.
• Messages sent or received through the platform, including WhatsApp and SMS messages and their delivery logs.
• Enquiries you submitted through our website forms (contact or demo requests).
• Any other personal data we hold about you.

If you have a CRPTON account

To delete your account and its data:

• Send an email to info@crpton.com from the email address registered on your account.
• Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
• Include your clinic name so we can locate the account.
• We will verify the request, confirm it with you, and delete the data within 30 days.

If you are a patient or customer of a clinic

If a clinic that uses CRPTON holds your records, that clinic controls your data. Please send your deletion request to the clinic directly — it can remove your records from the platform, and we will assist it in doing so.

If you cannot reach the clinic, email us at info@crpton.com and we will help route your request to the right place.

WhatsApp messaging data

If you received WhatsApp messages from a clinic through CRPTON (such as appointment reminders) and want the related data we hold deleted, email info@crpton.com and include the phone number that received the messages.

We will delete the message content and delivery logs stored on our systems within 30 days. To stop receiving messages, you can also ask the clinic directly to remove your number.

Note that copies of conversations may remain on your own device and with WhatsApp/Meta under their own policies; deleting our copy does not affect those.

What happens after your request

• We verify your identity to make sure the request is genuine — we may ask for additional confirmation.
• We delete or anonymize the personal data within 30 days of verification.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 90 days.
• We send you a confirmation once the deletion is complete.
• We may retain limited data where the law requires it (for example, invoices and billing records), and we will tell you if that applies.
