Terms of Service

Last updated: August 20, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the CRPTON clinic management platform (available at web.crpton.io) and this website, crpton.com, both operated by Crpton Technologies. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Agreement to these terms

By accessing this website or using the CRPTON platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you use CRPTON on behalf of a clinic, medical center or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" in these terms refers to that organization.

If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.

The service

CRPTON is a management platform for clinics and medical centers. It provides appointment scheduling, digital patient records, billing and financial tools, reports and analytics, and patient communication features — including appointment reminders and notifications sent by SMS and through the WhatsApp Business Platform.

CRPTON is a practice management tool. It does not provide medical care, medical advice or diagnosis, and it is not a substitute for professional clinical judgment. Your clinic remains solely responsible for all clinical decisions and for the care it provides.

Accounts and responsibilities

When you create and use a CRPTON account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information.
  • Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with unauthorized persons.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and your staff accounts.
  • Use the service only if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts.
  • Notify us promptly at info@crpton.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including healthcare and data protection laws.
  • Send spam, or contact people who have not agreed to be contacted by your clinic.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
  • Resell, sublicense or make the service available to third parties without our written agreement.
  • Use the service to infringe the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.

Messaging and WhatsApp terms

CRPTON lets your clinic send messages to its customers by SMS and through the WhatsApp Business Platform. When you use these features, you agree to the following:

  • You will only message people who have given your clinic their number and agreed to be contacted this way, and you will honor opt-out requests promptly.
  • You will comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's applicable terms, as well as any telecom regulations that apply to SMS in your country.
  • Message templates sent over WhatsApp are subject to Meta's approval process and may be rejected or revoked by Meta.
  • We may suspend messaging features for accounts that send abusive, misleading or non-consensual messages, or that put our WhatsApp Business account at risk.
  • Message delivery depends on third-party networks (including Meta and telecom operators) and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on messaging as the only channel for urgent or time-critical communication.

Your data and your patients' data

The customer and patient information your clinic enters into CRPTON belongs to your clinic. We process it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy at crpton.com/privacy.

Your clinic is responsible for having a lawful basis for the patient data it records and the messages it sends — including any consent required from patients — and for keeping that data accurate.

Instructions for requesting deletion of personal data are available at crpton.com/data-deletion.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid features are billed according to the subscription plan agreed with your clinic. Fees are stated before you subscribe and are payable in advance for each billing period.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We may change our pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Intellectual property

The CRPTON platform, website, brand, logos and all related content are owned by Crpton Technologies and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your clinic's internal operations while your subscription is active.

You retain all rights to the data your clinic enters into the platform.

Service availability and changes

We work to keep CRPTON available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, and we may add, change or remove features as the product evolves.

Some parts of the service depend on third parties — such as Meta (WhatsApp), telecom operators, hosting and email providers — and we are not responsible for interruptions caused by them.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crpton Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms or the service is limited to the fees your clinic paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time by contacting us at info@crpton.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in a way that harms other users, third parties or the service itself. Where reasonable, we will notify you and give you a chance to remedy the issue first.

After termination, we will give your clinic a reasonable opportunity to export its data, and then delete personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Palestine, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Palestine. We encourage you to contact us first — most concerns can be resolved quickly and amicably.
